Taproom Arcades specialises in custom-built arcade machines that are produced to order.

Because our machines are handcrafted and made to order, minor variations may occur between the product images and the final delivered product.

All product descriptions and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase a product.

Taproom Arcades reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is not considered accepted until payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.

Because many of our products are built to order, orders may not be cancelled once production has begun.

If we need to cancel or modify an order for any reason, we will attempt to notify you using the email or contact details provided at checkout.

SECTION 3A – CUSTOM-BUILT PRODUCTS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Many Taproom Arcades products are custom-built and manufactured to order after a purchase is placed. By completing a purchase through our store, you acknowledge and agree that production may begin shortly after your order is accepted.

Because these products are made specifically for you, orders may not be cancelled once production has started unless otherwise agreed by Taproom Arcades in writing.

If you experience an issue with your product, you agree to contact Taproom Arcades directly to allow us the opportunity to provide support, troubleshooting, repair, replacement parts, or other reasonable solutions before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback for a product that has already entered production, been shipped, or been delivered may be considered a breach of these Terms of Service.

Taproom Arcades reserves the right to challenge and dispute any chargeback claims and provide relevant documentation to payment processors, including order confirmations, production records, shipping confirmations, delivery confirmations, and communication records.

Where permitted by applicable law, customers may be responsible for any fees, costs, or losses incurred by Taproom Arcades as a result of improper payment disputes.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Prices, promotions and discounts may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Because each machine is built to order, production and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

While most orders are completed within the estimated timeframe provided on our website, delays may occur due to production scheduling, shipping logistics, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other external factors.

Once a product has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title of the product passes to the customer.
