Refund policy

Returns

Taproom Arcades products are handcrafted and built to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns simply because a customer has changed their mind, no longer wants the item, or ordered incorrectly.

We only accept returns in cases where a product is faulty, damaged, or not functioning as intended.

If your item is faulty, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us and request support.

Returns must be requested and approved before any item is sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

We only provide customer support through our official Taproom Arcades email listed above. Personal email addresses are not used for customer service or return requests.


Support First

At Taproom Arcades, we always aim to resolve issues and get your arcade machine working correctly before considering a return or replacement.

Many problems can be resolved through troubleshooting, remote support, or replacement parts.

If a genuine fault cannot be resolved remotely, we may arrange for a replacement machine or replacement components to be produced and sent to you at no additional cost, with the original unit returned to us.

Our priority is ensuring that you receive a fully working arcade machine and a great customer experience.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged during delivery

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

This allows us to quickly investigate and resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Custom-built or made-to-order machines

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If a product is confirmed to be faulty or defective, we may arrange an exchange or replacement rather than a refund, depending on the situation.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

However, please note that custom-built or made-to-order products may be exempt from this cooling-off period under applicable consumer laws.


Refunds

If a return is approved, we will notify you once the item has been received and inspected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
