Production & Shipping
All Taproom Arcades machines are handcrafted and built to order in our workshop. Each unit is carefully assembled and tested before being prepared for shipment.
Our workshop is located in China, where our team produces each arcade machine before it is securely packaged and shipped to customers.
Because every unit is made to order, we do not keep large quantities of finished machines in stock. This allows us to maintain the quality and attention to detail that goes into every build.
Production Time
Most orders are completed within 6–9 weeks from the date of purchase.
This timeframe includes the full process of:

Building the arcade machine

Quality testing and inspection

Preparing the machine for shipment
Shipping Method
Due to the size and weight of arcade machines, orders are typically shipped via international sea freight. This method allows us to safely transport larger machines while keeping shipping costs reasonable.
Once your machine has been dispatched, shipping times may vary depending on your location and local logistics providers.
Delays
While we always aim to meet our standard production timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to high demand, production scheduling, or shipping logistics.
If a delay does occur, customers will always be notified and kept informed about the status of their order.
